Setting up answers to the questions your customers ask most, editing those entries, and the limits that apply.
It lets you define the answers to the questions your customers ask most often in advance. When a caller asks “how late are you open” or “how much do you charge”, the assistant answers using this information.
You can add your questions and answers from the Q&A section on the Assistant screen. The ready-made example questions in the list guide you; each one becomes active once you write its answer.
Whatever you define. You can add your services, prices, business hours, address, parking and payment options, appointment processes and anything else.
You can add up to 50 question and answer pairs. The question and answer fields are limited to 200 characters each.
Yes. You can edit any entry in the list, delete them one by one, or remove them all with Clear All.
Yes. The assistant looks at the meaning of the question; even if the wording is not identical, it finds and gives the closest answer.
Do not add the information you do not want shared to Q&A; the assistant does not give out information on a topic you have not defined. You can also define a rule like “if they ask about price, transfer them to me”.
