During sign-up, create your profile either by searching for your business on the map or by entering your business name, category and address.
Yes. You can update the name, category and address in your business profile at any time; the change takes effect on following calls.
The assistant cannot speak correctly on the phone without knowing your business's name, what it does and where it is. The more complete your profile, the more accurate the answers.
Each account works with a single business profile. You need a separate account for each branch.
