Permissions & Support
This section provides information about the required permissions for Call.io to work properly and the available support channels.
Call.io requires certain system permissions to answer and manage calls. Notification and microphone permissions are required so that calls the assistant decides are important can be forwarded to you and you can take the call. Contact permission is required to define person-specific rules and ensure they work properly. On Android devices, phone permission is required to complete service setup.
On iOS devices, Notification and Microphone permissions are mandatory. On Android devices, Notification, Microphone, and Phone permissions are mandatory.
Call.io currently provides service in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Turkey. You can use Call.io with supported operators in these countries. Work is ongoing to expand coverage.
You can email us by going to Menu > Call.io Help > Contact Us.
You can delete your account via Menu > My Account > Delete My Account. You must disable the service before deleting your account.
When you delete your account, your account information and personal data are retained for 1 month. If you log in again within one month, you can recover your account. After one month, your account and data are deleted.
We do not currently offer an account suspension service.
