Call Management & Personalization
With Call.io, you can manage your calls based on the caller, time, and call reason, and create personalized rules that match your preferences. In this section, you can learn how to use call management and personalization settings.
You can set specific numbers, contacts in your address book, or call reasons that are important to you so that these calls are always forwarded to you.
You can define how specific calls should be managed by creating person-specific rules. For example: if person X calls, send to voicemail; if person Y calls, connect to me immediately; if person Z calls, ask for last name and if the answer is A connect to me, if B send to voicemail; if person C calls, end the call directly.
You can define different call rules for specific hours or days.
You can view all your rules via Menu > Memory. You can also ask Call.io to tell you.
Memory is a feature where the rules you provide to Call.io are stored, allowing Call.io to manage your calls correctly according to your personalized rules.
You can delete rules you do not want Call.io to consider via Menu > Memory. If you want to provide new rules to your assistant, you can message your assistant from the Assistant tab.
