Troubleshoot & Technical Problems
If Call.io is not working as expected, this section helps you understand how to resolve. You can use the Troubleshooter to easily check and fix your service.
You can follow the required steps by using Menu > My Settings > Troubleshoot.
We recommend checking your call management settings and permissions via Menu > Memory. You can also use Menu > My Settings > Troubleshoot to follow the required steps.
Make sure the relevant call rules are active and that notification and microphone permissions are granted.
There may be an issue with the service status or permissions. You can follow the required steps using Menu > My Settings > Troubleshoot. We recommend ensuring that Notification, Microphone, and Contacts permissions are granted.
Troubleshoot allows you to reconfigure the Call.io service setup.
Most Call.io features require an internet connection and work in a limited way without it. You can navigate within the app, but an internet connection is required to create new call management rules. Call.io continues to answer your calls without internet, but an internet connection is required to forward calls to you when it decides they should be connected.
