When you cannot answer, are busy, or are unreachable, you can forward your own number to your assistant number. Calls to your number will then be answered by your assistant.
No. Calls to your assistant number are handled solely by the assistant — your main phone line will not ring.
Local number availability is not yet supported in all regions. In these cases, a +44-based number is assigned so you can use Call.io without interruption. Once a local number option becomes available in your region, you will be able to easily move your assistant to the new number.
Your assistant number is tied to your premium subscription and is available as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel your subscription, your assistant number is deactivated as well. The number is held on your account for a period before being released.
