Service Setup & Cancellation
This category covers the technical steps for setting up Call.io, granting permissions, service cancellation, and removing operator-based call forwardings.
You can easily set up the Call.io service by following the in-app guidance and granting the required permissions. If you tell Call.io that you want to set up the service, it will assist you.
You can disable the Call.io Assistant service from the Menu tab. If you tell Call.io that you want to cancel the service, it will assist you. If you cannot complete the cancellation in the app, you can go to the phone dialer and dial your operator's deactivation code to cancel call forwarding. Operator-specific deactivation codes are as follows:

Yes. Call.io needs to be reconfigured when you change operators. You can select your new operator via Menu > My Settings > Operator Selection.
You can disable the Call.io Assistant service from the Menu tab. If you tell Call.io that you want to cancel the service, it will assist you. If you cannot complete the cancellation in the app, you can dial your operator's deactivation code from your phone dialer to cancel call forwarding.

Deleting the app does not automatically stop the service. You can reinstall the app and disable the assistant service from the Menu tab. If you tell Call.io that you want to cancel the service, it will assist you.
