Free Usage & Premium
What you can and cannot do on a free account, your monthly trial allowance, and what changes when you go Premium.
You can chat with the assistant, ask it to make outbound calls for you and connect your calendar. These work within your monthly trial allowance.
You do not get an assistant number for your business, and calls to your business line are not answered by the assistant. Rule-based routing, spam protection, voicemail and call transfer are Premium features.
Because of AI costs, trial allowances are set in tokens. The token cost varies from call to call, so we cannot give an exact number, but you can try it out by having your assistant make a few calls. Switch to Premium for higher usage.
An assistant number is assigned to your business and calls to your business line start being answered by the assistant. Your monthly usage quotas also increase significantly.
