What a token is, how many tokens a one-minute call uses, and what happens when your subscription limit runs out.
A token is the unit your assistant uses to handle calls. When your subscription limit runs out, you can purchase additional tokens to keep using your assistant.
An incoming call uses approximately 14,000 tokens per minute. An outgoing call uses approximately 21,000 tokens per minute.
When your subscription limit runs out, you can purchase additional tokens to continue using your assistant.
Unused tokens roll over to the next month and are never deleted. You can use them whenever you like.
Yes. An active subscription is required to use your tokens.
No. Token packages are non-refundable once purchased.
When your subscription quota runs out, the assistant carries on working with your tokens. If you have no tokens left either, no new calls can be made, so we recommend checking your token balance during busy periods.
