Call.io offers features such as answering calls, spam management, creating person- and time-based rules, setting custom greeting messages, configuring a Q&A system, and viewing voicemails and assistant-handled call recordings.

Your assistant answers calls that you reject, do not answer, or cannot be reached for various reasons such as being busy or airplane mode. You can reject calls you want the assistant to handle so they are forwarded to your assistant.

Calls that you reject or do not answer are forwarded to your Call.io assistant. Your assistant takes over the call and manages it according to the rules you have defined.

You can also instruct Call.io to ask the caller additional questions to gather more information, such as asking for a last name or organization. You can set rules such as if the answer is X connect to me immediately, if Y send to voicemail. Call.io can end calls with four different actions:
